1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to providing high-quality educational webinars and online learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Webinar Registration Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time
- The webinar is cancelled by us for any reason
- Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the webinar, and no alternative access method can be provided
- The webinar content significantly differs from the advertised description
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the purchase price) if:
- You cancel your registration between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time
- You experience technical difficulties that result in missing more than 50% of a live webinar session, provided you contacted our support team during the event
2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the webinar start time
- Failure to attend a webinar without prior cancellation
- Technical issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or software
- Dissatisfaction with webinar content that was accurately described in the promotional materials
- After you have accessed recorded webinar content or downloadable materials
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current month
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no webinars have been accessed
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no webinars have been accessed
- Pro-rata refunds may be provided within the first 90 days, minus the value of any webinars attended and a 15% administrative fee
- No refunds after 90 days from the purchase date
4. On-Demand Content
Purchases of on-demand webinar recordings and digital materials are eligible for refund only if:
- The content has not been accessed or downloaded
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- Technical issues prevent access to the content and cannot be resolved by our support team
5. Bundle and Package Deals
For purchases involving multiple webinars or bundled services:
- Refunds are calculated based on the individual value of unused components
- Bundle discounts will be recalculated, and only the difference after standard pricing is applied will be refunded
- If any component of the bundle has been used, accessed, or attended, the entire bundle may become non-refundable
6. Refund Request Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide your order number or registration confirmation
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation supporting your claim (if applicable)
6.2 Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
7. Group Registrations
For group or corporate registrations:
- Refund requests must be submitted by the primary account holder or authorized representative
- Individual participants cannot request refunds independently
- Partial refunds for individual participants within a group may be provided at our discretion, subject to a minimum attendance requirement
8. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures of third-party service providers:
- We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule webinars or provide alternative access
- If rescheduling is not possible, full refunds will be provided
- We reserve the right to offer credits or vouchers as an alternative to monetary refunds
9. Credits and Vouchers
In certain circumstances, we may offer credits or vouchers instead of monetary refunds:
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits can be applied to any future webinar or subscription purchase
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Unused credits will expire and hold no value after the expiration date
10. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional personal circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that falls outside this policy, please contact our support team. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis, though we cannot guarantee approval.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- You may escalate your request by contacting our management team
- Provide any additional information or documentation that supports your case
- We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days
- Our final decision on refund matters is binding
12. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Services purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are subject to the same refund policy. However:
- Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the original price
- Promotional codes cannot be reinstated or transferred after a refund is processed
13. Third-Party Payment Processors
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Please note:
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
- Currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution are not our responsibility
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access to purchased content
