We teach e-commerce teams how to fix their SEO without the fluff

Novalyxoneva training session with e-commerce SEO workshop participants

Started from frustration with agency promises

In 2024, we noticed something odd. E-commerce businesses kept paying agencies for SEO reports they couldn't act on. Complex audits. Vague recommendations. No one showed them how to actually implement changes or measure what worked. So we started running webinars that focused on one thing: teaching store owners to make concrete improvements themselves.

Early 2024

First webinar tested on 12 people

We recorded a session about fixing product page metadata. Kept it to 45 minutes. No slides about "SEO fundamentals". Just screen sharing and walking through real examples from attendees' stores.

Mid 2025

Expanded to technical topics

Started covering things like structured data, internal linking strategies, and fixing crawl issues. Realized people needed to see the browser developer tools in action, not just hear about them.

Current

Running specialized sessions

Now we focus on niche problems: category page optimization, handling seasonal traffic drops, competitor analysis without expensive tools. Each session includes homework you can finish in a weekend.

Who runs these sessions

Two people who spent years doing SEO work for online stores and got tired of watching clients struggle with implementation. We're not building an agency. We're sharing what we learned the hard way.

Spent six years fixing technical problems for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Specialized in site speed issues, mobile usability, and structured data. Prefers showing code examples over theoretical explanations.

What guides how we teach

No guarantees

We can't promise rankings or traffic. We show you techniques that worked for specific stores and explain why. Results depend on your market and execution.

Screen sharing over slides

Most sessions involve walking through actual tools, Chrome DevTools, Search Console data, and live website examples. You see the process, not just the theory.

Small sessions

We cap attendance so people can ask questions about their specific stores. This isn't a lecture. It's a working session where you can share your screen if needed.

Follow-up tasks

Each session includes specific homework. Something you can complete in a few hours. We review results in follow-up sessions if you want feedback on what you implemented.

Webinar participants reviewing e-commerce analytics

We keep sessions focused on what you can control

Algorithm updates happen. Competitors change tactics. But you can always improve your product descriptions, fix broken links, optimize images, and make your site easier to crawl. That's what we cover.

Each topic takes 60-90 minutes. We record everything so you can revisit steps later. Questions are encouraged throughout because that's usually where the most useful details come up.
